Return A Product

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, feel free to return it in new, pristine condition for a full merchandise refund within 30 days of your purchase.

How to Proceed

    • 1. Simply include a copy of your packing slip or invoice (click on “View Order History” to select the applicable invoice) with your return and provide us the following information:
 
  • Part # or SKU /quantity being returned.
  • Reason for return. If your product is defective, please call our Technical Support Team to obtain a Return Authorization # at 855-385-5727.
  • Let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.
  • Daytime phone # where we can contact you in the event further information is needed to complete your refund/exchange.
 

2. Insure your return for the merchandise value and ship to:
